1. First go here: http://xanproxy.be/proxy3.php2. Then type the Yahoo games address (http://games.yahoo.com/) into the window. Then click "Browse". It should allow you to go to the Games site.Let me know if it works for you. This isn't illegal or anything - it simply bypasses the proxy server that the state is using.
